Absolutely! We ship internationally and provide full tracking for every order, so you can see exactly where your parcel is on its journey. We want your items to reach you safely and on time! Please note that buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Final Sale Items: For hygiene, safety, and performance reasons, most products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a genuine manufacturing fault is identified.
Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or incorrect sizing. Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Faulty Products: If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us Polewithpaige@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a clear description of the issue so our team can assist.
Knee Pads: Eligible for return only if they are unworn, in original packaging, and faulty, or if approved for a size exchange (customer covers return shipping).
Apparel & Other Items: Can only be replaced if they arrive faulty or damaged. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing on these items.

As a small business, we are unable to cover the costs of orders that are not collected, refused, or returned to us due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us, we can arrange to re-ship the order once the new shipping fee has been paid.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for parcels returned due to non-collection or failed delivery.
We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout and track your parcel to avoid missed deliveries.
