  • Final Sale Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, our knee pads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a genuine manufacturing fault is identified.

    Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or incorrect sizing or shade selection. Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

    Faulty Products: We want you to be completely happy with your knee pads. If there’s a fault or defect, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty or not as described.

    Items must be returned in reasonable condition, with no signs of misuse, heavy wear, or damage caused after delivery.

    Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by improper use aren’t covered.

    Proof of purchase is required & Customers Cover any Postage.

    Apparel & Other Items: Can only be replaced if they arrive faulty or damaged. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing on these items.

  • As a small business, we are unable to cover the costs of orders that are not collected, refused, or returned to us due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

    • If a parcel is returned to us, we can arrange to re-ship the order once the new shipping fee has been paid.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Refunds are not available for parcels returned due to non-collection or failed delivery.
