  • Sit on the floor and engage your quad, then measure around your lower mid-thigh, just above the knee cap.

  • We recommend you size down if you are in between sizes for snug fit!

    I personally wear a size XS in the Shade Chai :)

  • We recommend gently hand washing or using a cold short cycle inside a pillowcase or sock, then air dry only! Avoid hot washes or strong detergents/conditioners - they like it gentle 🫶

    We also recommend flipping them inside out after training and letting them air dry before putting them away to avoid them getting stinky!

    Due to the soft fabric, small fluff balls may appear on the surface over time. These are purely cosmetic and won’t affect the performance or comfort of your knee pads.

    To prolong the surface life of your knee pads we recommend wearing them under legwarmers or long socks when practicing.

  • Always make sure you’ve got at least one skin grip point on the pole while wearing your knee pads 🖤

    Remember it’s Important to use proper technique for drops and kips- safety first, always.

  • Absolutely! We ship internationally and provide full tracking for every order, so you can see exactly where your parcel is on its journey. We want your items to reach you safely and on time!

    Please note that buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We are sending from Scotland, UK.

    All orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days (unless otherwise notified) and an email will be sent with confirmation.

  • Final Sale Items: For hygiene, safety, and performance reasons, most products including Kneepads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a genuine manufacturing fault is identified.

    Change of Mind: As a small business we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or incorrect sizing or shade. Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

    Faulty Products: We want you to be completely happy with your knee pads. If there’s a fault or defect, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    To keep things fair for everyone: Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty or not as described.

    Items must be returned in reasonable condition, with no signs of misuse, heavy wear, or damage caused after delivery.

    Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by improper use aren’t covered.

    Proof of purchase is required & Customer is responsible for all returns Postage.

    Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a clear description of the issue so our team can assist.

    Apparel & Other Items: Can only be replaced if they arrive faulty or damaged. As a small business we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing on these items.

  • As a small business, we are unable to cover the costs of orders that are not collected, refused, or returned to us due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

    • If a parcel is returned to us, we can arrange to re-ship the order once the new shipping fee has been paid.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Refunds are not available for parcels returned due to non-collection or failed delivery.

    We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout and track your parcel to avoid missed deliveries.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email (with a tracking number for international parcels).

    UK (Royal mail 1st & 2nd class)
    1st class usually takes 1–2 working days, 2nd class 2–4.
    please allow up to 7 working days before reaching out -sometimes the post is just slow!

    🌍 international (tracked shipping)
    track your parcel using the link in your dispatch email or on your local postal service’s site once it arrives in your country. Most parcels take 7–14 working days, but customs can sometimes delay up to 21 days.
